The purpose of the NOTTOWAY CAReS Build a Better Shelter Campaign is to help Nottoway County fund a larger, modern, state compliant animal shelter that provides a high level of humane care for dogs and cats in need of shelter and adoption. Funds raised through the campaign will augment the county’s budget for the project to enable construction of the best animal shelter possible.
The Campaign was officially launched in November 2021 with a goal of $500,000. See the Home Page for total donations to date.
NOTTOWAY CAReS is a volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 2019.
